Kevin L. Oessenich
Founder and Board Chair

Dr. Kevin Oessenich is the Executive Director of World Team USA. World Team is an international agency that exists to glorify God by working together to establish reproducing churches focusing on the unreached peoples of the world. Currently, World Team’s 350+ missionaries work among 59 distinct people groups in 30 countries. Kevin worked together with Chief Executive Officer, Tom Pirrone, to start the World Team Foundation in 2023, where he serves as board chair.

Before joining World Team, he served as the Dean of the School of Lifelong Learning at Philadelphia Biblical University, now Cairn University.

Kevin frequently consults with Christian organizations and is an Elder at Davisville Church in Southampton, PA. He and his wife, Cheryl, are the parents of two married children and five adorable grandchildren.

What gets him out of bed each morning? Discipleship, community, a golden doodle named Tucker, and yes – the Philadelphia Eagles!

Tom Pirrone, M Div
Founder, President & CEO

Tom Pirrone is a founder and serves as the President and CEO of World Team Foundation. He has grown and operated businesses in the Aerospace industry since 1982. He was a part of the founding team of Universal Space Network, a company founded by Apollo XII commander, Pete Conrad, and most recently served as the President & CEO of Infostellar USA, Inc,

Prior to founding the World Team Foundation, Tom was the World Team USA chairman of the board of directors. Before joining World Team, Tom served on the board of directors of Lighthouse Network, a Christian counseling and equipping ministry that is now a recovery and treatment center.

Tom is also a past member of the Pastoral Staff of Calvary Church, where he was ordained to Christian ministry in 2006. He has a Bachelor of Science in Bible from Cairn University, a Master of Divinity from Biblical Theological Seminary, and is a past member of the Wharton Fellows program at the University of Pennsylvania.

Tom has been married to Karen for 39 years, and in his spare time you’ll find him playing guitar, watching the Philadelphia Eagles, or fishing with his 3 grandchildren.
